Position Overview:
The Junior Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting our financial operations, with responsibilities spanning reporting, budgeting, and process optimization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth in a dynamic setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing financial reports and conducting data analysis to provide insights for management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting efforts and assist in financial forecasting to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll administration.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and standards; support audits and risk management initiatives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA qualification is a plus but not required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance; experience in the GCC region is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software, especially Excel.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
